Kobe has fired a shot back at LeBron, possibly not realising that all the MVP picks have been sent in already. In yesterday's match he was absolutely dominant, scoring 38 points in 39 minutes - three times as many as the next hights Laker and just under 1 point per minute.

In terms of last week's results, the Cavs look set to keep their status as favourites to win the title. They lead the East in playoffs, going 3-0 over the Pistons. Celts are 2-1 over the Bulls, 76ers are 2-1 over the Magic [in a series I think could go either way] and the Heat are also 2-1, over the Hawks.

In the West the Lakers are 3-1 over the Jazz, Nuggets 2-1 over the Hornets, Mavs 3-1 over the Spurs and Rockets 2-1 over the Trail Blazers.
