When the Philadelphia Phillies were making their run to winning the World Series they had a rallying cry:
Why Can't Us?!
This grammatically challenged sentence came from a sports talk back radio show caller (where else?) named Marty from Delaware. It was put on t-shirts, written on banners and chanted in the streets as Philly fans rioted in happiness.
Now the Philadelphia Eagles are in the play-offs and are in desperate need of a slogan. Enter another eager but spell-check averse fan:

Eagles Wins
Wife Goes to Tampa!
WTF does that even mean? I know that the Superbowl is in Tampa but why is that man's wife going? Even weirder still, he seems to be wearing the jersey of the back-up quarterback.
Still it's a heck of a chant.

Tuesday, 06 Jan 2009 — MeganBut, surely, as a girl, she shouldn't be allowed to go to the Superbowl? Shouldn't she be stuck in the kitchen with her girlfriends (possibly the aforementioned hookers) talking about shoes?

Tuesday, 06 Jan 2009 — MeganMaybe he's had a massive bet on the game, and if the Eagles lose he'll have to sell his wife to Tampa? With grammar like that, he's clearly not a thinker.
